Chocolate Cake Is Better Than Punctuality

Have you ever been trying to get out the door and had something stop you?  Well, I often face this predicament and have to choose between whatever it is that's holding me up and punctuality.  Let me be the first to say I severely need to work on this, as punctuality often loses.  Case in point, today I had a talk I wanted to sit in on at the law school, butttt... this little gem that I made the other day (and by the other day I mean yesterday haha) was wayyy to persuasive with it's gooey chocolate ganache and fluff dark chocolate cake.  Mmm, gonna have to consider hittin' the stairs a few extra times today to pay for this one!  And yes, I did say 'consider' :)
