Sleep: That's Better.



A study put out by Columbia University reveals that people who get adequate amounts of sleep every night consume about 300 calories less on average per day than those who do not get adequate amounts of sleep.  Turns out the most cited craving among sleep deprived participants was non other than ice cream.  So don't feel so bad about hitting that Snooze button in the morning, it might help keep your waistline in check!
